Client Service Manager

Kayla helps take care of the many details that go into providing a great client experience. From opening accounts and processing paperwork to coordinating account updates and ongoing service needs, she helps keep everything moving smoothly. Her focus is making sure clients feel taken care of and that the important details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Kayla Miller joined our firm in 2020. She is a graduate of Wilson High School and Kutztown University. Kayla is responsible for managing client service needs within the firm and setting up new accounts and policies for clients. Kayla works actively with the firm’s advisors and staff to ensure that a high level of service is provided to our clients.

Kayla resides in West Lawn, PA with her husband, Matt, and their children, Holden and Sawyer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, reading, and exercising.
